New - from Guelph
Hi there, we are from Guelph and new to the site. Can any one give us a few pointers on weeding out the fakers on here? By the looks of things there are quite a few of them. Thanks.

Welcome to the Brampton Group, nympho_milf. As mentioned above, it is difficult to weed through the fakes and flakes but it can be worth the look to find the people who will play.
I have had some success, though much less lately, in organizing group encounters. I have hosted a number of encounters but had to cancel quite a few as well since no one committed to attend. It is disheartening to go through all the effort to plan something and only get guys (or no one) commit to attend.
It is best to be honest and thorough in your expectations. If everyone knows what you are looking for and any limitations, it is easier to get commitment. On the other hand, too many men on LiveHookup will only post one line comments and also EXPECT to be included. These are the warning signs. I will always let you know if I can make an encounter, and give feedback on helping make it successful. I never expect to be included and always ask for an invite.
If you would like any other assistance or advice, just ask.

I've never been a no show for a CHEM101 check (aka coffee meet & greet) or a play date. Once I commit, I show up..even with a gift for the host..lol

Thank you again for the info. We just can't figure out why the fakers think they will not get caught in the end. It's rather funny. We had someone send us a pic, and then a day or two later another chap sent us the same pic! Very, very funny. Over the years we have met - and played with - some great couples but not from this site as we are new here.

People get very brave behind a keyboard and tend to forget they are dealing with real people on the other end.
If you look around and read the different message board you will be able to figure out who is real and who isint.
The real ones will usually post something after a group encounter that was arranged in the boards.
It is actually a small community of real people on here and a lot of us know each other and have met and played in group situations.
I have been lucky enough to meet some very nice people on LiveHookup and made some good friends doing it

ibinlikin, we figured that was the case. We will just take our time and give the 'block' button a workout. Over the years we have met some fantastic folk, but it takes time.

From my own experiences i know this is something you shouldn't rush into
take your time find the right people and communication is very important
It can make the difference between a very fun and enjoyable time or a very bad experience

nympho_milf - It would help to start communications with those who you are somewhat interested in. This way, you can get a better feel for those you are, and are not, comfortable with so you will be ready to make the move. Don't rush, but start a contact list and continue to feel out the potential candidates. These posts are a start but it is best to have a "go to" contact list.

You will always have no shows
People make promises and back out at the last min
Usually it happens cause they get cold feet or never had any intention of meeting in the first place.
Thats why its important to find reliable fun people
So when you plan something you know they will show up or if they do back out you know its for a good reason etc.

Thanks again to everyone for the pointers. Reliable folk are the way to go. I wonder how many people would be on here if there was a filter which would automatically delete all the fake folk? We are going to take our time to get it right. It will be much easier when the winter has gone! We have had one or two no-shows in the past, but we just move on.

That's just wrong on so many levels. Some folk are idiots. When we set up a meeting with someone we tell them we will hang around for 15 min past the time we arranged, then we leave. Simple and very effective.

Ibin, yes a fake filter is a great idea. Some folk can't read. In our profile we say, "at the moment, no single men," (or something like that) but we still get the messages from them. You just know those are the sort of idiots out on the 401 texting while they drive.
