I'm agreeing with the "all of the above" selection, with a special consideration for the first 7. At the end of the day, it's the time spent in between our own moments that are just as important as the time spent with our mates. Unfortunately, I think a lot of us aren't with someone who really understands, and supports our own moments. I see so many beat down men who are just like, "happy wife, happy life." I say, yes we need to make her happy, but what about you my guy? What about "happy spouse, happy house"? There should be some give and take, but always support and encouragement!
At this point in my life, she has to be self sufficient and be able to support herself. After that, good sense of humor, non smoker, sexually adventurous. Not a neat freak, but not a slob either.

We have a leader with Emotional health and maturity.. In other words not fucking crazy...
